Just because you didn't like it doesn't mean it's bad. I will make you smell my fingers.

Man I forgot that i loved the Drones. I should 'pick dem shits up'.

I wrote up one of those year end list things for this site a weeks ago, but Duff is a busy guy and didn't post it or didn't check anything. Whatever, it's insignificant now.

Here is what you should have been listening to, in short form.
10) 31 Knots – The Days and Nights of Everything Anywhere – (Polyvinyl)
9) Clorox Girls - Je Taime Le Filles - (Better Youth Organization)
8) Draft Dodgers – the Sound of New Kanada – (Bart Records)
7) AA Bondy - American Hearts - (Superphonic Records)
6) Varge – Must Lunge - (Reluctant Recordings)
5) Grinderman – s/t – (Mute)
4) The Doers – Gaiety (Reluctant Recordings)
3) Blonde Redhead – 23 – (4AD)
2) Soulsavers – It's not how far you fall, it's how you land - (Red Ink/V2)
1) Antelope – Reflector - (Dischord)

Also records I haven't heard that most likely slay fucking hard.

I Can Put My Arm Back On You Can't - Stands For ICPMABOYC (Standard Form)
Hide Your Daughters - The Teen Girl’s Guide to Social Success (No List)
VKNGS – s/t EP - (Noyes Records)
Grails - Burning Off Impurities (Temporary Residence)
The Holy Kiss - Shot Love on a Back Line (Release the Bats Records)

2008 is looking rad. Black Mountain, Nick Cave + the Bad Seeds, Primal Scream, British Sea Power, Dead Meadow, the Silver Jews, Bob Mould, City Streets, Jail Weddings, My Bloody Valentine, and the Jesus and Mary Chain all (supposedly) have new records coming out.

one of the best shows was the holly springs one, where tony didn't play 'cause his arm was broken.

they're set was short, but it got rowdy, and I enjoyed it.
