why does it seem like its been forever since a great band has come through stoon or regina, what happened to the scene?, wheres all the punk and ska? maybe im just outta the loop nowadays, but really the only great show i remember in the last 6 months was tiger army and the unseen, theres been a couple decent smaller shows in between but nothing to get super excited about

There have been a few. Golden Smoke tore shit up on Friday and DJ Highstrung spun the Sonics which was rad.
There have been a handful of sweeeeeeet basement/backyard shows as well.
Rehashed were killer some monday ago with A.N.S. or whomever. City Streets were just here I think, I wasn't there but they are sweet dudes and an even sweeter band.
Come on, get out more.

Didn't Strike Anywhere just play here a couple weeks ago? I think you just might be outta the loop or not staring at poster boards on Broadway long enough to see through those Fat Ass Yoga posters.
