Saw this in Calgary in July, it was a great show. Good setlist, tons of cool visuals (2 screens of LEDs), a neat Ghosts interlude (with cool instruments including vibratophone, xylophone, mandolin, stand-up bass, assorted percussion). If you like NIN, even if you weren't a fan of Ghosts or The Slip, it's well worth going to.

London's 'The bug' are the opening band.

Check them out on myspace.

If I had a vagina it would be so fucking wet for this haha. I can't wait to see this, I've read very good things about their stage show and how they implement the light show and stuff...

At one point they have a stealth screen that you can see through but still see the band and they project video and live visualizations on it...I read at one point when Trent crosses a couple lasers on the stage, the particles on the screen part and move around his outline.

At another point (I think during the Year Zero songs) everyone in the band basically uses touchscreen LCD's to control the lights by themselves and in a sense use the lights as their instruments. I am so freaking stoked to see that.

Oh yeah and the music rocks too.

Agreed, even if you don't really listen to NIN it's going to be an amazing show and if I heard right it's nearly sold out.

Jerome "plays" the screen for Echoplex. It didn't work too well at first in Calgary, so Trent told us they fucked up and would start that song again (he was totally classy about it too).

Lights are awesome. During Only there's blue fuzz all over the front screen, but it clears away from wherever Trent is standing. Probably the only time I've ever enjoyed listening to that song.

Keep in mind, everyone, this is your last chance to see Jerome Dillon play with NIN, he's quitting after this tour (some dude from some band called Lost Prophets is joining NIN in January).
